"From Somebody" is a project I started as a way of reaching out to strangers in my community. As a kid I LOVED checking the mail in hopes of getting a magical hand written letter from somebody. On the few occasions when there was actually something in the mailbox for me it was incredibly exciting!
Unfortunaltly, checking the mailbox has lost it's charm as I've gotten older. I've come to realize that all I'm likely to find when I open the mailbox is bills and flyers.
I've decided to try to make snail-mail fun again while (hopefully) brightening someone's day, through sending anonymous hand written letters to random strangers. I will send a minimum of one letter per day (and will send more if I have the time to write).
